Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

Mountain escape! Located in the White Mountain National Forest sits Loon Mountain House - our 5 bedroom (9 bed), 3.5 bath home stylishly appointed with amazing mountain views. Enjoy the vaulted ceilings, spacious living/sleeping areas, indoor gas fireplace, massive back deck, and a lower level recreation room with hot tub & sauna. Located just 1 mile from Loon's base lodge and Adventure Center. Relax inside or get out and enjoy the great outdoors! There is so much to do and see in Lincoln.

The home is located in Lincoln NH in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants, movie theater, grocery store, ice cream shops etc. The house was built in 2015 and features AC with radiant heated floors and a log fireplace. Gourmet Kitchen and Pantry. Game room on lower level with one bath and a separate bedroom with 2 single beds. pool table, ping pong and air hockey as well as a large sofa and Xbox with 65" flat screened TV. Exterior deck with grill and seating.

Includes access to nearby pool and hot tub.

Our house is located close to many great attractions: 2 minutes to Storyland, minutes to several ski mountains- Attitash (8 mins), Black Mountain (8 mins), Cranmore (13 mins), Wildcat (16 mins), Mount Washington Auto Road (29 mins), Diana’s Bath (12 mins), Echo lake (13 mins) and so on.
