The Old Classroom, Victorian school conversion

Set in the picturesque, friendly village of St. Neot, with far reaching panoramic views over the open fields and woods. 'The Old Classroom' was part of the old village school, which served the local community for over 130 years. It has now been converted to a very high standard, providing a family home and holiday let. The Cottage at Trevelyan -rural Cornwall

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. You will have your own walled garden area. It is a converted farm building, and we have attempted to make the best use of the space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in!
