The Stables is an ideal place for a weekend break or longer stay, and a perfect base to explore Norfolk, we are 25 minutes drive from the north Norfolk coast. The neighbouring village is home to the multi award winning Brisley Bell pub.

Our recently renovated cottage includes a fully fitted kitchen & double bedroom situated at the top of a bespoke spiral stairs (sleeps 2 adults with room for cot/small mattress). The comfy sitting room features a kingsize sofa bed & log burner. We’re in central Norfolk on the grounds of a listed Manor House, ideal for a charming getaway surrounded by nature or a comfortable rest whilst working nearby.

Aiden Lodge is a peaceful, family and pet-friendly countryside retreat in Little Dunham, Norfolk. This cosy bungalow sleeps up to four guests and sits within private grounds, with its own garden, patio and hot tub, plus shared family-friendly spaces including a children’s play area and games room. The site also includes two additional bungalows and a cottage, making it ideal for group stays, family getaways, or relaxed rural breaks where everyone can stay close while enjoying their own space.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The Cosy Cottage

Cosy Cottage is a stylish home in the heart of the quaint Norfolk village of Litcham. Our beautifully refurbished house includes a large open Lounge and Dining room with a Log-Burning Stove and period features throughout. There is a well-laid-out, functional kitchen with a washing machine and fridge freezer. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms with a King-Size bed and 2 single beds that will comfortably sleep 4. Litcham has excellent access to the North Norfolk coastline and local villages.
