This is our smart terrace right in the heart of The Dukeries area of Hull. Our neighbourhood is a close satellite of the city centre - the station and St. Stephens are only a few minutes' drive away. The area is full of late Victorian character with Prince's Avenue just at the top of our street, offering trendy shops, bars and restaurants. We want our house to be, despite the cliché - a home from home. It is equipped with everything a family (or two couples) may need for a short or long stay.

Hidden Hut, Shepherd Hut in East Yorkshire

‘Hidden Hut’ is located in the picturesque village of Bishop Burton, just 3 miles from Beverley. The hut is set on the edge of a wooded copse facing west (amazing sunsets) overlooking fields and the Yorkshire Wolds. You approach the hut via a private footpath. At the hut you will find beautiful warm decor with, fast wifi. tv, kitchen, ensuite shower/toilet and multi fuel stove. Outside in the private garden you will find a fire pit with gypsy pot also separate BBQ with deck chairs and hammocks.

Shoreline is a unique 2 bedroom house, with each room benefiting from spectacular views of the Humber. It is located with fantastic access links to the Humber Bridge (5 minutes) , Hessle (5 minutes) & Hull (10 minutes). Ideally suited for contractor's & long term. There is parking available at the property with one space behind the house and also abundant free parking adjacent. The property has a front garden, where you can sit back and enjoy watching the local wildlife and boats pass by.

Little Weighton is a rural village on the tour de Yorkshire cycle route, set in the beautiful Yorkshire wolds. Little weighton is a rural village but is only 5 miles from the historic market town of Beverly with it’s Minster and race course. The location is popular with cyclists, horse riders and fisherman with Risby lakes being a mile away. (Horse field available on request) The accomadation is a bright spacious 3 bed 2 double and one bunk bed room which has been converted from stables.

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Hull, Beverly, historical York or exploring the vast Yorkshire Wolds. The beautiful Yorkshire coast is within an hour and a half’s drive. Filey, Bridlington, Whitby all fantastic seaside towns to explore. We have lovingly restored the cottage to the highest standards and hope you appreciate the beautiful items we have chosen.

The apartment has been fully renovated in February 2021 which offers a contemporary feel with new soft furnishings throughout. There is ample free off street parking available at the property (no allocated space). The location of the apartment is tucked away in a quiet friendly residential area just a 10minute walk from the Flemingate complex which has a variety of shops,bars, restaurants, cinema etc.

Beverley - Central Location with Parking

Whether your visit is a short break or an extended stay, we offer an ideal base for exploring both Beverley and the East Riding. Located on a quiet street with views overlooking the beautiful Minster, the property provides 3 bedrooms catering for up to 6 guests and has off street parking for 3 cars. A short walk will take you into the Town Centre where you can explore the many shops, bars and restaurants. Walk the opposite way and you are into country lanes and open fields.

Picturesque 18th Century Cottage

An period 18th Century cottage with a lovely kitchen, a cosy living room and a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed. In addition there is a sofa bed in the living room, so this cottage can be occupied by 2-4 guests. The private and prettily planted courtyard has seating and a BBQ. Please note that as this is a period property the stairs to the upstairs bedroom are narrow and very steep and would sadly not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
