A bright and airy converted former blacksmiths adjacent to our house with wood burner, bedroom with king sized bed, a mezzanine bedroom with sofa bed (accessed via steep steps so not suitable for infants or elderly), open plan living room and kitchenette and bathroom (with shower). Kids and pets welcome. We welcome groups of up to 6 BUT RECOMMEND NO MORE THAN 4 ADULTS for max comfort. 150 yds from the Red Lion known for its real ales and within easy walking distance of the thatched Half Moon

Close to Clare, Long Melford, Bury St. Edmunds, Lavenham and Sudbury. 20 mins to Newmarket, easy access to Cambridge and 2 hrs from central London.

A 7.5 Kw EV charging point is available, with costs based on usage and electricity cost. In the pleasant village of Great Waldingfield, with a pub, village shop, and close to Sudbury (3 miles), Lavenham (4 miles), Bury St. Edmunds(16 miles). We live next door so are happy to help with directions and what to do in the area.

It's situated inside our large private gated garden(no steps) Guests can relax with a drink on the patio whilst taking in the amazing garden and spectacular woodland setting. Lovely country walks. Situated on the edge of the pretty medieval cloth town of Long Melford, the barn combines modern comfort with an impressive historical pedigree. It sits adjacent to The Old Cottage, a charmingly wonky Tudor house, dating back to the 1430s, occupied by hosts Janine and Richard. There are plenty of beautiful walks and fascinating places to visit nearby, including medieval Lavenham, the old market town of Sudbury with is fabulous Gainsborough museum, and Bury St Edmunds and its fine Abbey.

Situated on the edge of beautiful Finchingfield & surrounded by fields, The Round House is the perfect getaway for cozying up or getting out & about in the gorgeous countryside. With beams galore, a central stacked fireplace with log burner, a compact galley kitchen & dining area. Upstairs is a double bedroom & stunning bathroom. Outside the house is surrounded by garden with amazing views over stunning countryside.

Ballingdon Mill is an artists retreat in an 18th century windmill base on the edge of Sudbury, Suffolk, a small bustling market town in the heart of Gainsborough country. We make a dreamy spacious space for romantic couples - or the perfect crash pad for up to 4 guests wishing to bunk up for the night - perfect for wedding guests). Dogs welcome but the pet fee is charged for extra cleaning.

The cottage is perfectly located near the town centre and surrounded by footpaths and beautiful ancient water meadows. A lovely place to rest and recharge. Sudbury area is very dog friendly and you can enjoy most pubs and restaurants with your pooch. We are close to historical towns of Long melford and Lavenham. 10 minute walk to town and shops 15 minute walk to bus and train station 1-2 minute walk to restaurants 1-2 minute walk to meadows and footpaths

Cosy guest suite in Clare

Our guest annexe is a charming and cosy base in the heart of Suffolk's "Constable Country". The annexe is located a 10 -1 5 minute's walk from the popular and historic market village of Clare. Clare has an array of cafes, pubs, independent shops, an excellent butcher and beautiful country park. A ten minute drive will take you to Long Melford with further boutiques, cafes and several pubs. 17 minutes away is the world famous medieval wool village of Lavenham.

Wrenwood is a beautifully presented, riverside cottage in the quaint historic town of Clare. At over 250 years old and recently renovated, it is the perfect place for a relaxing break. Situated along a quiet footpath, next to the River Stour and a few minutes' walk from the High Street, it is conveniently placed to explore the delights of the Suffolk and Essex countryside.
