Our newly built independent residence has all the modern comforts and luxurious services that ensure our guests can have quality holidays. At our facilities, tradition blends with the modern trends of architecture and creates a functional and romantic villa that leaves unforgettable memories to every visitor. It consists of a large living room with a joined kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We can comfortably accommodate 7 people whether it is a family or a group in a luxurious environment.

Miner's Place Chora, Serifos

Simple and cosy renovated house wedged in the alleys of the lower part of the old town (Chora) & bathed in sunlight right up until the afternoon. Improvements go up to the point it fits contemporary life, while capturing an essence of a bygone era in terms of structure and dimensions. Serifos Traditional House 1

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

The vine house in Chora Serifos

The vine house is a traditional stone house of 1900’s remodeled with style and emphasis on its distinguished fascinating characteristics. Located in Kato Chora, under the archaeological area of the Castle, 200m from the main road (Livadi-Chora) and 300m from the village market. Walking through the stone-built alleys of Kato Chora, it stands out for its breathtaking view and the yard with the sun-blocking vine. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Melia suites, Serifos

An ideal getaway to Serifos, the guesthouses Melia are half way between the port (Livadi) and the town (Chora) offering views to the port of Serifos, the deep blue Aegean Sea and Sifnos across the water. Vertically arranged, the two guest houses, Foivos and Iris, are independent and can host 2+2 guests. Is ideal for a group of friends, that they want to be together but keeping their own privacy or for a family with 2 kids over 10 years old.

Our brand new accommodation is located 30 m from the sea, in Seralia, Sifnos. Going down a few steps of a paved path of the area, you will find the Egremnos Luxury House in a magnificent and rocky natural cove of the island. Our house is 38 m2, fully equipped for a comfortable holiday. Enjoy your breakfast on the sunny terrace with a standing sea view. Take a swim in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea.

Chalakia House | Cycladic Home with Pool

Located in the traditional settlement of Exambela, the house offers stunning views of the picturesque village of Kastro on the eastern side of the island. Enjoy tranquility on the lovely terraces, and relax by the beautiful shared swimming pool with a magical view (shared with Chalakia House 2). Parking is available 100 meters away, with access to the house via a short 30-meter footpath.

We are waiting to offer you hospitality in a quiet,clean and friendly environment in Livadi,Serifos. The room has a view on the east side of the island and is located 200 metres from the central square of the town (5-7 minute walk). There you will find car rentals,restaurants,cafes,nightclubs,banks,supermarkets etc. and the bus station where you can go to most places on the island.

The house is located at the island's main town, Livadi and it takes only some minutes walking , to get to the center, where you can find all you probably need. Small but fully equiped will offer you some easy going and relaxing days!
