Our neighbors love that we DO NOT ALLOW parties & LATE NIGHT, AFTER 9pm outdoor activities. We are required to limit the total number of individuals at our home to no more than 10 at any time, including visitors. Include visitors in guest count. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on 2 acres. When we are not using our 2nd home, it is available for Airbnb guests. Our family home since 1986; when I designed & personally built it for my parents. ONLY REGISTERED OVERNIGHT GUESTS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY UNLESS YOU PREAPPROVE AND PAY FOR EXTRAS, up to 10 for 3-4 hours allowed for $100. MAXIMUM FOR OVERNIGHT IS 10. SORRY NO PETS, NO WEDDINGS, NO groups of 20-30 yr olds.

Bring your pet along for a small fee then kick back and stay a while! Theres lots of shopping and destinations within 1 hr too!
