Levanta Unique Country Home Kefalonia

"Levanta" is located at Davgata village just 15' away from Argostoli. Four independent residences, were first built in the early 1900s but were totally renovated in 2017 maintaining the traditional beauty of the area. Our policy is to provide all 4 of them to one party at a time to ensure your privacy. Each one has its own unique identity and comfort. "Levanta" also contains a swimming pool with lounge chairs, a Bbq, an outdoor gym and wonderful gardens that surround the entire one acre plot.

Unique Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

Villa Sensi

The boutique villa Sensi close to Lepeda beach, (20 meters walk), outside Lixouri (2 km away) is opening in July 2023. It is absolutely new and modern, comfortable, luxurious, not missing anything, promising journeys in the world of sensations. (as sensi means sensations in Italian). Sensi is a gorgeous villa of 180 sqm in two levels communicated with indoors and outdoors stairs. It is set in an olive grove (hence its logo) in a estate of 23.000 sqm with direct access to the beach!
