Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. You will have use of our cosy self contained annexe - with parking, wood burning stove, and basic kitchen facilities. The views of farm land, open countryside and our garden are stunning. We usually have chickens and there are often lambs in our small fields.
