The Tiny House Refuge is great for a weekend get away or a few days just to experience first hand, Tiny House living. The house is located at the top of Mad River Ski resort and is a short walk to the top of the ski lift. Bedding and linens are only provided for two guests. Enjoy a day of skiing or exploring Ohio Caverns and come home to make a meal in the a kitchen equipped with utensils, toaster oven, fridge, hot plate, pots, pans, and a microwave. Great house on north side of Indian Lake. Fish from the patio on ground level and an 800 sq ft deck on the second floor. Stream tv and an antenna. 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths and a full kitchen. Moose and Eagle clubs close by. THIS HOUSE IS ON A WELL AND WATER SMELLS LIKE SULFUR SOMETIMES. IF THIS BOTHERS YOU DO NOT RESERVE. Kayaks and canoes are okay. There is no space for anything larger. Boat ramp 1 block from house. Boats connected to vehicles can be left there overnight. It's never busy.
