Il mio alloggio appena ristrutturato è il luogo perfetto per le coppie che vogliono trascorrere una piacevole vacanza al mare, non rinunciando al comfort. Vicino alle più belle spiagge della zona e a pochi minuti dalla piazza dove fruire del servizio di traghetti per l'isola di Tavolara. Nelle immediate vicinanze supermercati, ristoranti, banca, lavanderia e negozi di vario genere.

Il palazzo è incastonato nel centro storico di Tempio, "Città di Pietra", Cuore della Gallura. La casa è situata al primo piano, sopra il mio "Studiolo di Arti e Mestieri". È il frutto di un accurato lavoro di restauro e vicinissima a tutti i servizi della città. L'ingresso è molto riservato, da un androne con un'ampia scala si accede all'appartamento, composto da due grandi ambienti, cucina/soggiorno e soggiorno/letto, corridoio e bagno. A 10 mn d’Olbia (aéroport et ferries). Piscine communale payante ( à 100 mt).
