This is a perfect little space (17m2) for 1 or 2 people to visit and have as a base for the discovery of London. It has everything you need for your stay. The bed is a comfortable Kingsize bed with a pocket sprung John Lewis mattress, it can be folded away to create more space. Wake up with the birds singing. We are on a private one way road, very quiet, parking is outside in front of the house. We have a little grey cat called Fern which wonders around, we hope you are not allergic to cats.

The other 3 bedrooms are locked and empty when guests are staying.

Surrounded by various restaurants and cafes, 5 minute walk from Streatham Overland station and a 5 minute bus ride from Tooting Bec underground.With 5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus lots of living space downstairs it’s a great base to explore the city! This is our family home and we love our neighbours… so NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
