We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

We're close to many amenities - parks, grocery stores, walking trails, restaurants, etc. in the quiet & peaceful neighborhood of Summerside, London ON.

You will be staying in the cozy basement apartment underneath the owners in a back-split home. With plenty of space and light, you won’t feel like you’re in a basement! You’re a five minute drive to the 401, 5 minute drive to metro or no frills (among others) and an 11 minute drive to downtown London (using bud gardens for reference). Laid back, easy going hosts :)

This place is in the basement but with lots of natural light it feels nothing like a basement unit.
