My home is a log cabin with a private apartment on the lower level, which includes a patio as well as use of other outdoor spaces. There is a fire pit just past your patio and a short path will put you on the Appalachian Trail. As an herbalist and ethnobotanist, plants are my love and my livelihood. They are an integral part of my life and my home. I welcome you to stroll through the many gardens and paths.

It has 2 twin beds, a table and 2 chairs, sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and air fryer. The backyard deck has excellent Wi-Fi, with woods and wildlife mere feet away. A 15-minute car ride from Yale Campus and downtown, my house is in a quiet and very safe neighborhood, environmentally conscious and LGBTQA+-friendly, with a welcoming and homey atmosphere.

Ground floor, private apartment of a restored, modernized, secluded mid-century farmhouse on 7 acres. Heated in ground pool with regulation code safety pool fence. Great views of Mt. Peter across the valley. Fire pit off the pool area. Our resident wildlife includes deer, wild turkeys, red-tailed hawks, woodchucks, finches including indigo bunting, hummingbirds (2 feeders). Black top driveway with turn arounds and outdoor parking for several cars. Satellite heating system off house HVAC.

There is fabulous hiking (we are right off the AT), ski trails in the back and a patio for lounging overlooking the pond. We are very casual here. Simple breakfast fixings will be available. You can store and prepare light meals in the kitchen. There is also a futon in the room as a third sleeping area if you need it.
