Accord River House

Welcome to our house in the woods! 12 acres surrounded by trees and above a series of waterfalls along the Stony Kill, which runs all the way from Minnewaska State Park through our property and into downtown Accord. You can sit in a hammock outside, soak in our hot tub while listening to the river, or chill out inside with some tunes or the TV projector. Budding entomologists will enjoy the endless procession of bugs, ants, spiders, ticks, and other creepy-crawlies that is part of River House.

This private, two-cottage property contains a few of the last remaining original fisherman cottages at Hither Hills built in the 1940s. Set on a lush, private knoll - South of the Highway - Sea Roost boasts mature landscaping and is located steps to Montauk's quiet and secluded Hither Hills Beach. A charming original turn of the century cottage that was recently renovated. One main room plus a full bathroom and Ikea kitchen. It includes a back porch that gets a perfect amount of late afternoon sun. The cottage has electric baseboard heat for cool nights. We are located in Indian Cove beach Association with a two block walk to the beach. You are welcome to enjoy our kayaks, bikes to tour the area and a fire pit.

There is a small loft on the 2nd floor with 2 twin beds accessed by a library ladder (note: no standing headroom in loft). Private outdoor deck with seating and BBQ.
