Enjoy far-reaching views from this new, spacious apartment set up in the hills above Lagos. Relax on the shaded terrace, lounge in the comfortable living room, and sleep well in a king-sized bed! Conveniently located between Luz and Lagos, the apartment is 3-4 km to the main beaches, city center and markets. This is an ideal place for couples looking for quiet and relaxation, or a home base to explore the area. A car is essential; there is no public transportation to this picturesque location.

You will enjoy a sunny, spacious and cozy duplex, just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, in a central and quiet area of Milfontes. The house has 130 square meters divided by: on the 2nd floor, living room with fireplace, working table and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies (one with bbq and sea view); on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (one with balcony), and 1 bathroom. Comfortable for 4 adults, we may add 1 extra bed. The house may not be suitable for children (stairs).

When we first visited E23Luz we were blown away by the amazing views overlooking the sea, Rocha Negra (Black Rock), the beach and the Roman Ruins. We loved the place so much that we spent 5 months renovating the property extensively with the goal of making the view the main focus. E23Luz offers modern, comfortable and spacious accommodation just a few mins walk from the centre of Luz.
