Beautiful ranch style guest cottage in tree-lined Arden Park neighborhood. Great location close to freeway, shopping, Sac State and 10 minutes to Downtown Sacramento. Nice outdoor areas, a shared pool (not heated) for guests to use June-September. Hot tub NOT for guest use. NOTE: Street parking. Only ONE car allowed We hope you choose to stay with us. GUEST ACCESS Guest has access to the apartment with Wi-Fi and free onsite designated parking. Unit also comes with a pullout sofa for an extra bed for comfort. No Smoking of any kind. Vineyard Retreat/Private entrance/Unique features

Come and relax at “The Double MK Ranch” overlooking the vineyard of Dono Dal Cielo. Centrally located between I-80 and Hwy 65 and set within Placer County wine trail. We have two spaces (same price) just specify which room you want to stay in. Our Romantic Suite is attached to the Theater Game Room which is EXCLUSIVE to the Suite. Our additional space is a Tiny Home- full kitchen, full bath and a queen Murphy bed. If the Suite is NOT rented the Tiny home renter WILL have access to the Game Room

Nestled among tall trees & a peaceful creek, our large home offers a tranquil retreat for friends & family. As the stars come out, gather around the fire pit & unwind in the private Jacuzzi. You’ll have everything needed for a large group to feel at home; a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, and game room with an arcade.

Peaceful Poolside Garden Retreat

This spacious, self-contained one bedroom abode is nestled within two acres of verdant retreat. The open kitchen, living, and dining area invite you to indulge in cherished moments while a cozy sofa bed and queen air mattress stand ready to accommodate additional guests. The expansive patio is adorned with extra seating and a BBQ The pool awaits beneath the warm California sun. Simply notify the owners, and the pool is yours to enjoy. Self-check-in and ample parking space is available.

Yuba City Attached, Private Suite w/Pool, Laundry

This little suite has everything you will need! There is a kitchenette to include mini fridge, microwave, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, and toaster. The room has a queen bed, television w/Roku, closet, table, and chairs. There is a full bathroom with shower. The pool is not heated. It is serviced every Monday and open year-round for use. The suite is the back unit (unit #2). The garage parking is for unit #1 guests, however, you may use the washer and dryer.
