Relax in this cosy ground floor cottage flat with front door access on a pedestrianised street. There is a garden and shared patio with bench and bbq available as well as a lawn out the back with free allocated parking. Garden in full bloom atm! Guests have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom with me. Excellent connections via bus to city centre, close to the airport with a Tesco, Lidl and Scotmid just down the road. The Zoo and Murrayfield stadium are nearby. Quiet and friendly neighbours.

Our hotel is located in a peaceful area of the New Town but close to all tourist attractions Room 7 on the lower ground floor is our largest room and has a double bedroom and a separate lounge with sofa bed that sleeps two children.
