Our apartment sits right on the shores of Lough Conn in the heart of County Mayo, offering breathtaking views across the water and islands, with Nephin Mountain as your backdrop. Set on a private and secluded lakeside property, you can stroll along our sandy beach, wander through woodlands, reconnect with nature, swim in the lake, cast a line, or make friends with our donkeys. Complete with a private hot tub, sauna and private jetty to have a dip. A perfect base for touring the west of Ireland.

Clifden, The Barn on the Wild Atlantic Way.

The Barn is a unique old stone barn but modern, with an open plan sitting/kitchen/ eating area with cathedral ceiling and a long narrow window overlooking the Salt Lake to one side, a small window looking down to the sea on the other. There are two bedrooms and a wet room style bathroom (no bathtub) but plenty of hot water and underfloor heating. It is wonderfully quiet, a real retreat for those who just want to escape. Joyce's Cottage lies below the imposing Partry mountains and on the shore of Lough Mask. This is the very best of the west of Ireland. Solitude, peace and breathtaking scenery. Visitors can either swim or boat from their private beach, go for a cycle (bikes available) or simply sit at an outside table and take in the spectacular scenery. Joyce's cottage is one of two adjoining traditional cottages (the other being Derrypark Cottage which is also available for rent).
