NEWLEY REMODELED! This is a perfect spot to spend a weekend enjoying Colorado. It is a short drive or bus ride to Denver or Boulder and just a few blocks from Old Town Lafayette with many restaurants, bars and breweries to choose from. There are two bedrooms with queen beds that sleep 1 or 2 people as well as a sleeper couch for 1 or 2 more. An air mattress is available if a fourth bed is required. Covered parking for two cars out front and a deck overlooking the private open space out back.

You'll appreciate that my place is within walking distance of many dispensaries, Sloan's Lake, restaurants, Joy Ride Brewery, bars, and dining options. There is plenty of free parking. No smoking cigarettes inside. Pot is legal in Colorado, so you may smell a faint odor of pot.
