Seasonal riders can ride their Snowmobiles, or ATVs to connecting RT 498, leading to Trail 45, and Trail 9. Centrally located in Michigan’s Eastern Upper Peninsula, Halfway Lake Cottages provides an ideal focal point to major attractions such as Tahquamenon Falls , Pictured Rocks, The Soo Locks, and Oswald’s Bear Ranch. This area is known for some of Michigan’s best fishing, rock hounding and snowmobiling.

This unique property rental includes use of the entire "Musher's Village"--11 acres with a 16' Pacific Yurt, a Tiny House/Cabin, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, hand pump for water and well-stocked outhouses. Pets are welcome on property and in the buildings. Please read the entire description below as this is a unique, remote and RUSTIC property. There is NO electricity. This is a great property for families and small groups with endless hiking, biking and stargazing.

Full size bed and full size futon. School playground is across the street. Smart TV w/Fire stick. One dog allowed, with $35 pet fee. Pet cannot be left unattended and must leave with you; not allowed on any furniture. Owner lives on-site. No drug use, no crypto mining or charging electric vehicles.

Levitating Tent Campsite (Site 3)

Your tent is already set up in a secluded spot suspended from the trees. You drive right into the spot to enjoy a picnic table, stone fire ring and potbelly stove. You can bring more tents or a camper if you’d like. You just follow the path of string lights down the curved path, where your bed awaits floating over the deck platform below. Take your shoes off and climb up through the middle and into the tree tent. **Bring your sleeping bags & pillow

Escape to Superior’s Treasure Cabin

Superior’s Treasure features two bedrooms with queen memory foam beds. Superior sleeps up to four people. This cabin comes furnished with electric service, complete kitchen with gas range/oven,refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware, and utensils. Gas grill is also provided. This cabin is tastefully decorated in a nautical theme representing Lake Superior only one mile north. It also has a great view of Culhane Lake.

Our family home in the middle of some of the Upper Peninsula's most popular attractions. ATV/ORV access is less than a mile south of rental. No need to trailer your ATV/ORV or snowmobile. Great location for snowmobilers! the trail is 2 blks away from our cozy rustic two-bedroom home in the village. A great home base for adventure in any direction. Tahquamenon falls, whitefish point lighthouse and shipwreck museum, pictured rocks, Kitch-iti-kipi (the big spring, Oswald's bear ranch, sault Sainte Marie, Mackinac Island. or many other things along the shoreline or The UP has to adventure.
