This holiday house with pool is situated in 4 km from the Korcula town and 150 m from the sea. House is located on a hill with spectacular views of the sea and surrounding islands, where you can enjoy in privacy and peace on the spacious covered terrace. . House is ideal for family of 4 or couples and consists of kitchen, living room, extra sofa, bedroom, additional bed, bathroom,fireplace and parking place. The house own a water tank and has solar energy system which requires a carfull usage .

Pinta Apartments Lumbarda (2 per./B)

Apartment Pinta is located in an old and quiet part of the village. It has a small kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a cozy terrace. The apartment has a ceiling fan. Kitchen is renowated in 2014. and bathroom is brand new, renowated this year (2016). Note: House Pinta can accommodate thirteen people all together. It is divided in four apartments which gives guests their time of privacy but in other side it also makes it suitable for bigger family gatherings or maybe some kind of retreats.

It is located in the most beautiful part of a private house on the first floor, in peaceful area, near the pine forest, outside the city centre, 20 minutes by walk along the coastal path to the Old Town Korčula. Just in the front of the house is nice seating area with views of the olive trees.On the first floor is closed terrace with views of pine wood and mountain.

The house is located in a quiet part of Korcula, on the road to Lumbarda. The house has two apartments for rent. In our apartments we also serve breakfast. We always try to prepare food for breakfast that is produced on our farm, and that is organically grown, or organically grown food that is produced by methods complying with the standards of organic farming, from local producers. Breakfast is not included in price.
