Nous sommes ravis de vous accueillir dans ce superbe appartement NEUF de 70m2 de surface habitable comprenant 30m2 de terrasses en rez de jardin et 2 parkings privatifs. Il y a 2 chambres, 3 grands lits, 3 smart tv jusqu’à 6 personnes. La chambre verte est équipée d’un lit électrique de 160cm par 200cm. La chambre bleue comprend au choix: 2 lits jumeaux électriques de 80 cm ou un grand lit double de 160cm. Le salon comprend un canapé en cuir convertible haut de gamme de 160 cm par 200cm.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Natur und guter Luft und Ruhe. Du wirst das Loft lieben wegen dem Platz im Freien, den Garten, den Kamin innen für die Gemütlichkeit, 63qm zum Wohlfühlen in altem Gemäuer mit Lehmputz innen. Auf der Galerie ist ein 160cm breites Bett und ein Schreibtisch, unten eine Schlafcouch. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende und Eifelfans. Alt trifft Neu ist das Motto: Alte Balken knacken auch mal, der Regen prasselt aufs Dach= Vor- und Nachteil?

Situé dans le village de Rosiére la grande, le gîte à une vue exceptionnelle sur la campagne. Après une balade à travers les forêts ardennaises à pied ou en VTT, une visite des nombreux points à visiter à proximité (Bastogne, Bouillon,...) , vous pourrez profiter du jacuzzi extérieur privé ou du sauna pour vous ressourcer. situé à l'arrière de la ferme, vous accédez par votre entrée privée venant du parking de la propriété.ce relais champêtre vous comblera par son charme et son confort.

Eppeltree is a delicately furnished accommodation for nature-loving couples in the Mullerthal hiking region in Luxembourg, 500m from the Mullerthal Trail. Eppeltree is part of a converted farm and is located in an orchard in the middle of the nature reserve, with a breathtaking view into the sunset. The accommodation is fully equipped, including a kitchen for self-catering, everything is included in the rental price. Washing / drying possible for an extra € 5, bike shed available.
