“LaBoDee”, a fun play on the word abode, house, is a tiny cottage located central to CT’s unique shoreline communities, just off I95. “LaBoDee” is one room with a fully equipped kitchenette, ready for those who would like to stay awhile. “LaBoDee” is on a property contiguous to a state forest (a trail is right outside the door) yet within walking distance is a delicious deli, market, gas station, pizza, a lake, and close by is the beach. A local restaurant has day passes for their beach- $20!!

This is a charming c1760 Victorian home in the historic district of East Haddam. Most of it’s period details like first growth yellow pine floors, ornate trim, fireplaces adorned with Doric columns, have been lovingly restored to it’s original splendor while adding all the modern conveniences to support your modern lifestyle. Mick and I split our time between our home here and New Hampshire. You will find this a cozy space with a lot of our personal things around. Hope you feel right at home.
