Cosy studio in garden with private entrance for 2 guests. We provide a king-size bed & separate shower-room. Outside is a private patio area. We are a few minutes walk from the village which has a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs in its high street and is situated near to the New Forest National Park. We are a short walk (10 to 15 mins) from the beach and walks in the surrounding countryside. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and marine activities. We can accept one small, well behaved dog by arrangement (please text me to discuss).

Interior designed self-contained studio with bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and private garden. Please note there is no parking at the property. Lymington Town train station is a four minute walk. There are several nearby car parks and overnight street parking. Lymington has a thriving Saturday market and high street. The quay, marinas and IOW ferry terminal are all a short walk away and the new forest is very close. Please note the host has a dog who may sometimes be in the shared garden.

The coastal village of Milford-on-Sea has great restaurants, 10-15 min walk along the road or a leisurely 20 minutes across the fields with views over The Isle of Wight. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). It is a short walk to the local shops, pubs, restaurants and railway station. Ponies, donkeys and cattle often come by the gate. Free unlimited parking a few minutes walk away.The high street is 5 mins walk , where you will find shops, restaurants, cafes and a museum. There is a very popular market on Saturdays down the entire high street. At the bottom of the high street is the stunning Lymington quay on the cobbles, a popular place for a coffee or grab a local boat trip. Nearby there are beautiful walks and a marina.
