There are amazing walks from the doorstep, a favourite being the walk to Lynmouth along the spectacular East Lyn river via the National Trust tearooms at Watersmeet - The perfect place to stop for coffee halfway! Ocean View

Ocean view boasts one of the best views on the North Devon coast and is the perfect base from which to explore Exmoor. Offering great views but also tv and fast WiFi for those days/nights inside. Parking is available for multiple cars in the gated yard, and the covered parking area has an allocated space. Lockable storage for bikes, surfboards etc. is available. The adjacent properties can be let together to accommodate larger groups.

Cloud End is a studio room for 2 people. An idyllic, peaceful spot in the heart of the Valley of Rocks with spectacular views of the valley. It is just 5 minute walk down to the Valley of Rocks, 10 minutes walk up the road into Lynton. Visitors can then take the Funicular Cliff Railway down to the picturesque harbour of Lynmouth. The entire space is step free and is easily accessible for people with limited mobility.
