It’s also known for all the different adventures people can do nearby like horseback riding, a lake tour with the bike and an incredible visit of the islands Bisentina and Martana.

Full privacy, breathless views on Val d'Orcia and ideal starting point for jouneys. Kids and pets welcome. The only place in the area that boasts a private swimming pool + a wide garden for exclusive use of house guests. Do you drive an electric car? We also provide a dedicated wall-box. The pool is open from May the 16th to September the 28th.

a small stone house in the woods

The accommodation consists of a small stone house on two levels with an outdoor stone patio and is located on the top of a hill completely covered with woods. A short private white road ( 500m) leads from the paved road to the house. The building was designed by the owner, who is an architect, and is built according to the most recent anti-seismic regulations and according to the principles of bio-architecture. The house is actually a near zero energy building (Nzeb).

La mandriola è la nostra dependance, un vero nido accogliente e affascinante, ristrutturata ed arredata in stile rustico umbro-toscano. Dispone di un ambiente unico pranzo-cucina con caminetto e divano, un'ampia camera da letto con letto a baldacchino, bagno con doccia e lavatrice e un comodo soppalco con letto matrimoniale. Il tutto incastonato in un grande giardino con terrazze panoramiche. Novità 2021: grande jacuzzi privata e casetta sull’ albero per i piccolini!
