Welcome to “Coffee House Lofts” where historic charm meets modern comfort in the heart of Columbus, Mississippi. Nestled above the acclaimed Coffee House on 5th – listed among the top 13 must-visit coffee shops in Mississippi – our 1600 & 1000 sq ft lofts both offer a unique blend of history and luxury. The Latte Loft is our 1600 sq ft spacious loft with 1 king bedroom but an additional day & a Lovesac sectional for additional sleepers. (We also have an air mattress in the unit for your use.)

Our home is a duplex, it is 2 complete houses under one roof. We live in one end, the other ( the rental) has 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath/shower, living/dining room, kitchen, laundry room, closets. Plain and simple but cozy and relaxing. Kitchen with all accessories. Bed linens,bath towels, soap etc are furnished. Front porch: swing and a glider/rocker with west view. Pavilion in yard with picnic table, rocking chairs, small grill, and a fire ring. A country spot that is peaceful, birds singing.

We are just 13 miles from Old Waverly Golf Club in West Point, MS and 15 miles from The W in Columbus, MS. The country setting makes you feel secluded from the hustle and bustle. The Old Farmhouse on the Little Lapp Farm is a family-friendly house with spacious kitchen/dining and living room areas! It's not a 5-star resort by any means, but an old, nostalgic farmhouse with enough renovations to make it a comfy place to stay. We love hosting families at the Farmhouse. There are 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full) and 2 full bathrooms. There's also a crib available in the master bedroom.

Come and find a night’s rest in our small cabin just off of Hwy 45 near Brooksville, Ms. It is located 24 miles from Columbus and 27 miles from Starkville Ms. The Ole Country Bakery and Magnolia Market is nearby. The cabin is a motel style room with a queen size bed and separate bathroom with a shower.
