Although it feels remote, we are conveniently located at Sugarbush Access Rd and Rte 100, making us easy to find! With all of Mad River Valley attractions nearby, the cottage is perfect for year-round enjoyment, whether you wish to cool off in the brook, roast marshmallows at the fire pit after hiking, admire the fall foliage, or unwind after skiing!

Badger Cottage offers a true rustic Vermont experience nestled in the woods with spectacular views and a quiet and peaceful ambiance. Once a barn, carefully reconstructed on the owners’ property, and modernized to today’s standards, this post and beam cabin is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. Well behaved dogs are very welcome and will enjoy the walks in the woods. Covid vaccinations are required. The owners live in an adjacent house with their very friendly Border Terrier

A 5-minute drive to the middle of Stowe Village and a 15 minute drive to Stowe Mountain and Resort from there.

Circa 1792 two story home located on the Mad River Byway. The second floor suite has a Queen bed along with a private bath and a private dining room. The combined 390 sf of private living area has nine foot ceilings along with views of the Mad River and Vermont Countryside. This is a no-smoking no vaping property. Thanks.
