My house was one of the first to be built in the village, in 1978. It is located a few steps from the beach, in the heart of the village, in Building A, the area closest to the sea and the main services offered by the residence, such as a bar, restaurant, mini market, and children's playground. The house is approximately 65 square meters inside and has a spacious veranda with a table, chairs, and cushions for outdoor dining, comfortable seating, and plants and flowers to ensure privacy.

Auf der überdachten Terrasse befindet sich noch ein großer Esstisch, den Abend verbringt man auf einem kleinen romantischen Balkon mit herrlichem Blick in die Natur und die Berge.
