Guesthouse Farm Stay

Come stay with us on our historic working farm! Relax on the back deck and enjoy views of our 12-acre property and peaceful pastures. For a more hands-on experience, join us for a tour to get a closer look at life on the farm. Established in 1739, our farm has a rich history in agriculture and livestock. The cozy studio-style cottage features an open living space with combined bedroom, living, and dining area, along with a kitchenette and bathroom with a shower for your comfort and convenience.

Idyllic location on quaint & quiet street. Hide away and relax or discover the many local attractions - water sports, fishing, winery, antique stores, scenic walks, premium outlet shopping are all on your doorstep. Ideally located off the I-95 halfway between NYC & Boston, both of which are a train ride away.

Guest House at the Marina

Traveling nurses, academic rentals happily considered! A beautiful, modern one bedroom apartment on the second floor with a gorgeous view of the Indian River and tidal marsh. It is 600 sq feet, completely renovated, with a queen size bed, a well-appointed kitchen & bathroom. Walking distance to the Clinton train station. Stays in-season include use of 2 kayaks or SUPs per day (2 hours) provided by Indian River Kayak from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Our 1915 Arts & Crafts bungalow's spacious in-law suite offers driveway parking, private entrance, sunroom, king bedroom, en-suite bath, kitchenette w/fridge, micro, coffee maker, toaster. Relax in bed with 40" HDTV with Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Netflix, premium cable. Enjoy private gardens to sun, read a book or cup of coffee. Short drive to 4 Vineyards, Theater and the train station. The Cottage at Indian Cove

A charming original turn of the century cottage that was recently renovated. One main room plus a full bathroom and Ikea kitchen. It includes a back porch that gets a perfect amount of late afternoon sun. The cottage has electric baseboard heat for cool nights. We are located in Indian Cove beach Association with a two block walk to the beach. You are welcome to enjoy our kayaks, bikes to tour the area and a fire pit.

Our warm and inviting studio apartment with bright and cheery decor offers a cozy get away any time of year. Nestled in a peaceful country neighborhood with endless hiking trails, beaches, and cozy villages nearby. The Nest offers a comfortable and convenient place to stay while enjoying the surrounding area.
