Built in 2018, our cozy cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 guests who will have full access to 2 bedrooms plus 1 loft! There’s a second level balcony, where you catch the morning sunrise and the front deck offers views from the ocean with amazing sunsets. Our cottage is a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation, minutes away from la plage St. Pierre, a short distance to Le Portage Golf course and the National Park. ** our cottage is approx. 50 feet from a gradual 8-10 feet drop to the rock beach below

The Trailhead Guest Cottage

Our peaceful oceanfront guest cottage is situated at the head of the 9.5 km Pollett's Cove hiking trail.  We recommend a two night stay - first night, settle in with a beverage, evening sunset and star gazing.  Wake to coffee and farm fresh breakfast delivered to your door step (except in August when we are on vacation), before hitting the trail to Pollett's Cove, the Skyline or any of the 30 other nearby national park trails. Have a swim, and return to a hot outdoor shower. Repeat!

Although we do allow fur babies, please take note of the additional rules with regards to pets. Recently built 3 bedroom home right next to the ocean. Perfect getaway for you and a few friends. You can also hear the ocean outside. There's (Hydropool 660) Hot Tub installed. If you don't follow Hot Tub rules I will charge a $1000 damage fee. NO PETS ALLOWED!!!!! I will charge a $1000 damage fee if you bring pets. NO SMOKING!!!!! I will charge $1000 damage fee if you smoke in my house. NO GLITTER!!!!! I will charge $25000 damage fee if you bring glitter.

Welcome to this 2-bedrooom ocean-side, vacation home packed full of modern-day comforts and located within 5 minutes drive of the restaurants, shops and fisherman's dock of the Acadian village of Cheticamp. Enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic ocean, Cape Breton's rugged coastline and spectacular sunsets from every room. Kindly note that children must be 8 years or older to stay, pets are not permitted and maximum occupancy is 4 persons.
