It can accommodate up to 4 guests, ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 children. The private balcony offers a stunning view of the sea.

The house is 7 minutes from the sea, it's surrounded by 1,5 acre field which has many olive trees. The rented room is in the first floor of the house with a private entrance and has a 20 m balcony with a great sea view. The room is also close to the shops. The visitors can also use the yard. The region is very quiet. The room is traditionally furnished with respect to the island's tradition. The floor is wooden like the roof, doors and windows. It is also fully equipped with modern amenities.

The house is located above the tiny village of Nas and you will need a vehicle to reach it (1km dirt road, but accessible with any type of vehicle). Apart from the impressive beach of Nas, during the summer months you will find lovely traditional taverns and a grocery store.

Relax with a Greek coffee on your private balconies with panoramic views of the mountains and the Ikarian Sea. A small port, which many locals frequently swim at, is a 100 meter downhill walk. A local beach called Firodi is another 250 meters from the port. Seychelles Beach can also be accessed from the port by small boat trip during summer months.
