Home in the Village

Relax at this peaceful & safe home right in the heart of Canfield. A simple but nice home to stay while you visit family or enjoy the surroundings and local events. Especially now with our reduced rates on this fixer upper. We did some remodeling in mid ‘24 but it’s a work in progress. That said, it’s cozy and close to bike trails, restaurants and a major highway but it lacks a dishwasher, ceiling fans, upstairs laundry and an updated kitchen. But that’s why the price is where it’s at.

This beautiful log cabin is located directly across from Lake Milton Beach. Nestled on a corner lot for plenty of privacy and space for outdoor activities. Have a boat, bring it with you and park it at our dock that’s provided. Don’t have a boat? That’s ok, just rent one from Lake Milton Boat rental. The Villa @ MillCreek

A comfortable location with MillCreek park across the street. The home is a recently remodeled ranch built in 1955 offering modern convenience. The location is in Boardman near Canfield and Poland and Youngstown as well as easy access to Route 11 and a short drive to the Ohio and Pennsylvania Turnpike. The Villa offers any executive or small group a nice view of the park in a quiet setting and can sleep up to 8 utilizing all sofa beds / air mattress. We hope you enjoy your stay.
