Welcome to our quiet & cozy studio apartment located in our basement. You have your own driveway, entrance, and a private space that locks separately so you can relax. The studio is about 800 square feet, giving you plenty of room during your stay. Our location is close to Hickory, Morganton, with easy drives to Lake James, Table Rock, Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone, and Charlotte. The best part is the peaceful setting on our 70-acre farm where you’re free to explore and enjoy the countryside.

Conveniently located an hour from Charlotte, NC and a half an hour from great hiking in South Mountains State Park. Under a 10 minute drive to quaint downtown Hickory with plenty of shopping and historical districts nearby. Conveniently located just 1.5 miles from LR college, just half a mile from the YMCA, and within walking distance to some of hickory's favorite restaurants including Fourk, Backstreets and Starbucks. The 215 is pet friendly, we do require a $20 pet fee.
