Το Maya είναι ένα σπίτι δυο επιπέδων και βρίσκεται σε όμορφη τοποθεσία στο χωριό Μακρυωτικα. Αποτελείται από ένα βασικό υπνοδωμάτιο, ένα μοντέρνο μπάνιο, μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ένα ευρύχωρο καθιστικό. Βρισκεται σε απόσταση 5 χιλιομέτρων από το γραφικό λιμανάκι της Αγίας Εφημιάς και μόλις δέκα λεπτά μακρυά από την περιφημη παραλία του Μυρτου.Σε κοντινή απόσταση, υπάρχει μουσείο ελαιολάδου, ταβέρνα, παραδοσιακό καφενείο, μίνι μάρκετ και πολλά μονοπάτια για όσους αγαπούν την πεζοπορία!

Célestine

Célestine is a traditional Kefalónian house, with unique character and a magnificent view! At the village of Makryotika, right above the town square, it offers lots of privacy and tranquility, while also being just a 5' drive away: from the lively bars, cafés and restaurants of Agia Effimia to the one side and the famous Myrtos beach with its breathtaking sunset to the other. Its central location within Kefalonia also serves as a base for daily excursions to explore the rest of the island.

Penelope’s Village Stone House

The house is made of stone and was built in 2020 having the traditional style of the old village as a standard. It is located in the upper neighborhood of Makryotika, a sunny semi-mountainous village with an excellent microclimate. It is built aphitheatrically with view to Agia Efimia's bay, where the most services are located. Additionally, the famous Myrtos beach is only 10 minutes away by car. In the picturesque square you will find a Mini Market and two taverns with great local cuisine.

This is a stone studio only a few min walk away from the beach. Though it is located a short scroll away from Kioni port, one of the most popular and beautiful ports of the Ionian, a short walk away the other side, you will find yourself in a rural area, where farmers keep their animals and harvest the land with olive trees.
