It is situated within walking distance to Portrane Beach, local shop, public house and sit-in fish and chip shop. The area is quiet with picturesque scenery. It is close to Rogerstown Estuary which is home to a bird reserve. It is a 15 minute drive from Dublin Airport. There is a bus stop outside which can bring you to Donabate train station and Swords Village.,

O'Rourkes cottage is situated in the picturesque valley of Glenasmole, nestled in the foothills of the Dublin mountains overlooking Dublin city. The cottage has 2 bedroom, sitting room and kitchen with a woodland garden. Ideally situated to enjoy the the Dublin Wicklow mountains . The cottage includes central heating, wood burning stove, cooker, electric shower. We are now operating a minimum two night stay. There are wonderful walks on the island and also several excellent restaurants within walking distance or use the bikes for the 10k cycle path around the bay! We love to share this very special location with anyone that enjoys something out of the ordinary!

Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.
