You’ll be charmed by this adorable place to stay. We do our best to make your stays most comfortable at affordable prices. This property is above my house and has an independent entry. Outside the room, my mother maintains a small terrace garden. around the house also, it is fully covered with lush greenery. We do provide breakfast on demand (not complimentary). There are grocery stores and hotels nearby. There is one river at a walkable distance. Bus services are available all the time.

Palat House is a historic heritage home in central Kerala. This hundred year old building has been home to a plethora of judges, diplomats, civil servants and scholars. Set in a large compound on a quiet residential street in the heart of Ottapalam, Palat House is an imposing structure built in typical Kerala style with wide verandahs, terraces and common spaces and marked by lavish woodwork and traditional furniture. There are five bedrooms three of which are air-conditioned.
