The result is a very spacious and bright loft where the colors, wood, tiles, iron beams and plants, merge magically with the natural sun light. The extreme peace and quiet contrast in harmony. Bright and cozy loft in the heart of Malasaña, one of Madrid’s most vibrant and creative neighborhoods. With 40 m², high ceilings, and exposed wooden beams, it has a warm, character-filled atmosphere. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, living area with sofa, comfortable bed, and a compact bathroom once used during photo sessions. Originally my photography studio, it retains its open layout, artistic spirit, and unique charm, perfect for couples’ getaways.
