Här finns härliga promenadstråk utmed havet eller i de närliggande parkerna vid Alnarps lantbrukshögskola. Närheten till Lund, Malmö och Köpenhamn gör att det alltid finns tillgång till kultur och shopping av världsklass. Huset är från 1913 men renoverat under 2016 med bibehållen charm.
