Note: Spring Lake Heights requires that we file a Certificate of Occupancy for each stay. I will need the name, DOB and pictures of the drivers license for each guest that will be staying.

Per Town Ordinance, rentals must minimum of seven consecutive days.

Private fenced back yard offers patio, 18' above ground pool, grill, fire pit, patio set and lounge chairs. We include 6 badges (12 and under free), beach chairs, umbrellas & beach cart.

Pool paradise by the beach

Our family beach house has 4 double bedrooms, a full size basement and an extra pool house. A 15 minute walk to Sea Girt beach or 5 minutes on the bikes. We leave some for you to use in the garage. But let’s face it with the beautiful pool and patio area with outside BBQ island some days you may just want to stay at the house. There is also a basketball hoop and ping pong in the garage the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.
