Ανατολικά και βόρεια της αυλής μπορείτε να πιείτε τον καφέ σας απολαμβάνοντας την θέα του Αιγαίου και το άκουσμα του ποταμού που θα σας γαληνευσει. Στην αυλή μπορείτε να φιλοξενήσετε το κατοικίδιο ζωάκι σας.

Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.
