Further out over surrounding farmland you can see Tongariros snow capped mountains in the distance, so sit back and enjoy. The AirBnB is a unit next to the main house for up to 4 people, ideal for a couple or family with kids. The unit has a bathroom and basic kitchenette items, the main kitchen is shared with me in the main house. I have 3 large dogs that are very friendly and love guests.

Welcome to our well-apportioned, sunny bach with a big back yard for the kids to run around (with trampoline). Clean and tidy with super comfy beds - read the reviews! It's a 2-minute walk to the lake front. Relax on the beautiful back deck at the end of your days of activities in the area. If you're a larger group and need another bach, check out the next door property, Waipoua Lake House, which is just as comfortable. Linen and cleaning is included.

Quirky, Bespoke Dam Cottage

Ivy cottage is a unique, artistic,quirky, perfectly imperfect, 1946 workingman's cottage in Mangakino. It has a welcoming,relaxing ambiance with its original wooden floors and colorful decor. It's rustic, homely and small. Unfortunately it is not toddler friendly. Breakfast ingredients will be supplied for the first night, including free range eggs when available, homemade muesli, bread and condiments. Tea ,coffee and milk are also supplied.

Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Washing machine, hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided.
