Διαθέτει WiFi, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ (για ένα αυτοκίνητο) και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 6 άτομα, διαθέτει δύο διπλά κρεβάτια και έναν μεγάλο διπλό καναπέ κρεβάτι. Έχει δύο τουαλέτες (ένα μεγάλο με ντουζιέρα κ ένα μικρότερο wc) έχει μεγάλη κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και τρία μπαλκόνια (δύο μικρά και ένα μεγάλο περιμετρικά στην πρόσοψη του διαμερίσματος)
