This bay is famous for its longest on the island sand beach as well as the rainbow trout and salmon. This amazing quality finished home has four different levels to it, with spectacular views over the promenade boardwalk and endless sea of blue called Lake Huron. Enjoy the gems that nature has to offer while still being in walking distance to the downtown area and restaurants. Spend the day on the water, dinner in town and a Bon Fire in the backyard oasis.

NEW FOR 2025, the Yacht has Air Conditioning! A vintage private 30 foot Cruiser with a teak & mahogany wood trimmed cabin. Its' docked in Tobermory's BIg Tub Harbour. Two berths sleep 2 each. Full galley. Linens and towels provided. It is disinfected before your arrival. Extra person $50/day agreed prior. Centre bed $50 for stay. This accommodation is for the boat at the dock only. It does not include driving the boat or use of the cottage property. The boat is a non smoking.

Available year round, enjoy a relaxing stay in this 4 bedroom, 2 story air conditioned cottage less than 200 feet from the largest beach on Manitoulin Island, in Providence Bay. Fully furnished - sleeps up to 8 with exclusive access of the entire cottage! We offer additional services for purchase including firewood, full linens for all beds, showering towels, bike & kayak rentals. Bedding fees are no more than $10/bed and $5/towel, but we often discount this based on the number of guests.
