Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Charming and spacious fully furnished three bedroom home in Pearland, Texas. A safe, quiet, family neighborhood, near FM 518 & FM 2351, and very near Friendswood. Recently remodeled with updated furnishings. A fully stocked kitchen, high-speed WiFi, 4K TVs, streaming of Amazon and Netflix, Roku, and local channels plus more. This property is super clean and well located in Southeast Houston. We practice COVID-19 mitigation techniques per CDC and Airbnb guidelines (including HEPA air purifiers.)

Located halfway between downtown Houston and the Galveston beaches, it's just a few minutes to lots of shopping and restaurants, with Kemah Boardwalk and Nasa Space Center a short drive away. Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.
