Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Zur Wohnung gehört ein kostenloser Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Kneipp-Anlage mit kostenlosen Fitnessgeräten. Für unsere Wohnung fällt die Ortstaxe von 1,50 Euro pro Person / Nacht an. Diese wird wie üblich vor Ort bezahlt.

Hereinspaziert in unsere grüne Oase oberhalb von Vahrn. Hier befinden Sie sich inmitten von Weinreben und Wäldern. Der Schalderer Bach sprudelt vor dem Haus, die Vögel zwitschern in den Baumkronen und Sie genießen einen traumhaften Blick auf die Plose. Genießen Sie die wohltuende Ruhe, fernab von Touristenströmen, aber trotzdem gut an die Stadt angebunden. Die vier Suiten befinden sich im ersten Stock des Gebäudes und überzeugen mit einer gemeinsam nutzbaren Sauna samt Ruheraum und Dusche.

Sunny apartment with terrace and green area on the ground floor. Perfect location immediately next to the ski slope ,,Brunnerlift’’ and connection to the skiing area Gitschberg-Jochtal. Stunning view on the mountains of the Dolomites, Val Isarco and Val Pusteria and an optimal starting point for hiking and walking. Price for 2 people/day; for every additional person there will be an extra charge. The tourist tax (2.10 euros/person <14 years/night) will be collected upon arrival.

Residence Condor Apt Eidechsspitz

“Griast Enk” means “Welcome” in South Tyrolean dialect – and you are warmly welcomed to the Eidechsspitz holiday apartment. The apartment is located at 1,450 meters altitude in a residence in Meransen near Brixen. It is on the first floor, accommodates 5–6 people, and offers a spacious, well-equipped kitchen-living room with dining table, sofa bed, TV, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There are two double bedrooms, each with its own TV and bathroom with toilet, shower, and bidet.

Chalet Henne- Hochgruberhof

The Mühlwalder Tal (Italian: Valle dei Molini) is a 16 km long mountain valley with lush mountain forests, rushing mountain streams and fresh mountain air - a true paradise for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.
