Bussells Bushland Cottages - Couples/Small Family

Bussells Bushland Cottages is a 20 hectare "Land for Wildlife" property. Our 8 rammed-earth cottages are set apart in order to preserve privacy. Walk trails criss-cross the bush block which has wonderful stands of old-growth trees, as well as being home to a wide variety of bird life and mobs of kangaroos. The quoted room rate for 1 or 2 persons is based on the use of 1 bedroom. If, for any reason, guests require to use the 2nd bedroom, an extra bed charge will be levied payable before arrival.

Seven Seas Villa

Villa with en suite separated to main house by built in door, own entry. Features Queen Bed, Netflix 40” TV, Fridge, Tea/Coffee facilities, inside sitting area (with foldout single bed), outdoor table and chairs and of course the beautiful pool. Our spacious villa suits singles, couples + bub, 3 close friends who love their privacy and wish to come and go as they please. Farm View Villa

Beautiful scenery, seven minute drive to Margaret River town and both Gracetown and Prevelly beaches, farm stay experience. IMPORTANT: This apartment is attached to our family home and you might hear our children sometimes. Bonus: Kids might play together ;-) Farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Margaret River Town Sanctuary

Right in the heart of Margaret River, this very special house and garden sanctuary includes outdoor relaxation spaces including an undercover living area with outdoor heating for the winter months. The house boasts an eclectic collection of art from my work in remote Aboriginal communities and from local artists. From the house, you can enjoy an easy walk to the river, forest and the main street galleries, shops and cafes. Winery tour operators can pick you up from the house.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Cowaramup Gums

A home among the gum trees Enjoy this peaceful stay with cozy wood fire for winter and generous deck for summer. This 2 bedroom home is set on 100 acres of eucalyptus plantation and surrounded by nearby native bush. The house is only a short drive down a quiet gravel road, 10 minutes out of Cowaramup and 15 minutes out of Margaret River, with a number of amazing wineries and breweries nearby. The nearest beach is at Gracetown bay just a 15 minute drive from the property.

The River Barn - walk to Town and River

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Newly built, with a spacious Loft bedroom - enjoy the views of near by native trees or lay in bed and star gaze through the roof window. A lot of thought has gone into the design of this home, with a cozy day bed built in under the stairs, full sized kitchen and stylish bathroom. Just a short walk down to the Margaret River, walk trails, and to town, we hope our place provides the perfect base for your holiday.

Chestnut Brook Getaway

Want to get away from the the city or daily life then our property is a great spot to relax. Or is great base yourself if explore the region. It is perfect for couples. We are located between town & the beach, tucked away but still close to everything. Trees & wildlife are all around. We have 3 horses as well. The town centre of Margaret River is close. The cottage is situated at the bottom of our 8 acre property, which we live on. Approval no. 2098
