Our refurbished home was built in 1945, a block from the bay & the Atlantic City skyline. We are conveniently located 7 miles from AC, Airport, Margate & Ventnor. This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

Just steps to the beach , this beautiful first floor, two bedroom, one and a half bath, boast an open floor plan, plus a private porch to enjoy the breeze coming off the ocean. This unit is completely updated with new beds and furniture ready to host your family and friends for an enjoyable stay in Margate. Conveniently located close to all that Margate has to offer from Lucy the elephant, amazing restaurants, miniature golf, ice cream shops, tennis courts and Atlantic City casinos nightlife.

Beach tags, chairs, sand toys, and towels provided for summer. Housebroken dogs are welcome to come with you. We have a fully fenced backyard.

Welcome to the Beach Bungalow! I am so happy to share my hometown with all of you. Ocean City is filled with quaint coffee shops, boutiques, & beautiful beaches. The beach & boardwalk are steps from the unit. Less than a 5 minute walk! Comfortable space for a family of four or a couple looking for a weekend getaway! Would not recommend for more than two adults. A/C wall unit located in the bedroom. Please leave door open during the day for maximum airflow throughout the unit.

Located on the quiet south end of Ocean City. Two minute walking distance to the beach. On-site parking. Additional notes: Year-round owner on-site in downstairs condo. This home is ideal for couples and families. Not suitable for parties or events. Quiet hours after 10pm. No pets. *Minimum rental age of 25 years old.

Cozy Beach House, a Block to the Beach!

This cozy beach house is in prime location. It is a block from the beach and boardwalk. Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. The jitney to Atlantic City is walking distance as well. We have 2 beach chairs and 4 beach tags available. Fine dining restaurants, tennis courts, playgrounds and Lucy the Elephant are minutes away in walking distance. The AC casinos are 4 miles away and offer all kinds of entertainment & fine dining.The best attraction though remains the beach.
