Our family friendly Victorian home was built in the early 1900s and has lots of charm. We are 15 minutes north of the Golden Gate Bridge in sunny Marin County, CA. It is an easy walk to the San Rafael transit center and downtown shops and restaurants. The 1100 sq ft apartment is in the lower level of our home and was newly constructed in the spring of 2014. Both bedrooms are very large as is the bathroom. My son, my terrier and I occupy the upper level of the home.

Enjoy the lower level of this private and gated end of cul-de-sac retreat. The lower level is completely separate and has its own entrance and outdoor space. It can accommodate up to 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a family room and a kitchenette with laundry facilities. 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds while the 3rd bedroom has twin bunk beds. Additional features include a 75' lap pool, a full gym, and a large mature garden.
